Terms of Service

By accessing or using TaxFind ("taxfind.my"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

TaxFind helps Malaysian salaried workers scan bank statements for supported tax reliefs, add missing claims, review proof status, and prepare a BE Filing Worksheet for manual filing in MyTax. TaxFind is not a licensed tax advisor. The information provided is for reference only and does not constitute professional tax advice.

• You must provide accurate information and upload only your own bank statements.
• You are responsible for reviewing all identified claims, supporting proof, and worksheet totals before filing with LHDN.
• You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to process documents belonging to others without their consent.

You may sign in via magic link (email) or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

• The TaxFind web app (taxfind.my) is free — statement scanning, relief identification, transaction review, and the BE Filing Worksheet are all included at no cost.
• A companion iOS app is coming soon with year-round receipt tracking and audit vault features, available as a paid subscription (RM29/year).
• If we introduce paid features in the future, existing free features will remain free. We will notify you before any pricing changes.

All content, design, and code on TaxFind are owned by Kira Technologies. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.

• TaxFind provides tax relief suggestions and worksheet preparation support, not guarantees. We are not liable for incorrect filings based on our output.
• We are not responsible for any loss arising from inaccurate bank statement data or AI extraction errors.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service, if any.

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Uploaded PDFs are automatically deleted within 30 days.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the service for maintenance with reasonable notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TaxFind after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
