What does TaxFind actually do today?

Today, tax-find scans uploaded bank statements for supported relief categories, lets you add missing claims manually, shows whether proof is uploaded or still needed, and exports a BE Filing Worksheet for manual MyTax filing.

Does TaxFind submit directly to LHDN or MyTax?

No. tax-find does not submit directly to LHDN. It prepares a worksheet so you can file manually in MyTax with clearer numbers and proof status.

What if the bank statement does not tell the full story?

That is why the app includes Add missing relief. If a valid claim is not obvious from statement data alone, you can add it manually and attach a receipt or supporting document.

How do proof and receipts work?

Manual claims can be saved with or without a receipt. The app marks them as Proof uploaded or Needs proof so you know what to keep before filing.

How long do you keep my uploaded documents?

Uploaded statements and supporting documents are auto-purged from storage within 30 days under the current retention policy. Account and derived filing data may remain longer so your filing workspace still works.

How much does it cost?

The web app is free — upload statements, see your reliefs, and export your BE Filing Worksheet at no cost. We're also building a TaxFind iOS app (RM29/year) for year-round receipt tracking and audit-ready exports. The iOS app is coming soon.
